One of the Encino Neighborhood Council’s appointed seats, Encino Property Owners Association (EPOA) will host a community meeting, via Zoom, with Police Chief Michel Moore as guest speaker! The virtual meeting will be on November 12th, 2020 at 7:00pm.

The LAPD faces unprecedented challenges of dealing with an increased rate of violent crime after having its budget slashed by $150 million by the Mayor and City Council as well as protests, civil unrest and incidents of excessive force across the country.
